Eduardo López Arce Vivas
Biomedical Engineer specializing in electronics and PCB design, as well as in embedded applications specifically in signal processing and pattern recognition. Recognized worldwide in these engineering areas obtaining so far two refereed IEEE publications and one Springer-Verlag monograph chapter in revision, the three of them as first author. The Best Paper Award in the area of Human Machine Interaction at the 2013 IEEE International Conference on Human System Interaction due to his research in Brain-Machine Interfaces is one of his many recognitions.
Eduardo graduated in Biomedical Engineering from Instituto Tecnológico y de Estudios Superiores de Monterrey. He got the highest GPA of his bachelor's degree, obtaining the Honorable Mention of Excellence. He has worked in research laboratories in Germany, Spain, and Mexico, developing technological solutions specifically in the fields of electronics and informatics.
